Compare the Sealand lady's philosophy with that of Joseph Strorm. Consider their ideas about humanity, change, and about The Fringes.

The Sealand Lady and Joseph Strorm have a lot in common philosophy wise. They both believe humanity should be like them and they both have ideas about what is 'the true image' and believe people should live up to that. As for change, the Sealand lady loves change and believes life should be full of it, while Joseph thinks change is always for the worst. For the most part the Sealand lady and Joseph agree on the Fringes, she doesn't like them but Joseph hates them. The Sealand lady has more tolerance for people with mutations then Joseph does and I think that comes from Josephs' brother being a deviant and the Sealand lady being considered a deviant.

Like Lindsay said, they are similar philosophy wise because they both belive that thier society should be the same in what they believe in. But, the Sealand lady believes that change is a positive thing, whereas Joeseph believes in just the opposite. They both do not like the fringes and think negatively on them. They are both bias though, seeing that Joseph does not have a mutation, and believes that because it's his opinion. If he had a "mutation", he would not be so strict. The Sealand Lady, has a "mutation" and she believes that being different is very normal, and accepts it. Thier views on life directly affect how they run their societies.
